EAT!

We will no longer starve ourselves to appease fascism and pedophilia. We will eat. Mother Earth provides food that nourishes our bodies because she WANTS us to eat it. Mother Earth also provides food that is delicious, and to be enjoyed for no other reason than pleasure. Eat that food too. Patriarchal white supremacist pedophiles do NOT want us to eat. They want us obsessed with skinny, as they are obsessed with skinny. It is not our duty to appease men who are attracted to children. Men who commit human rights atrocities. Men who are disconnected from life.

We will eat.

If we desire more strength, flexibility, or stamina we will engage in activities that will increase our strength, flexibility, and stamina…but we will not do so on an empty stomach.
